Former Director, Flint Department of Public Works
City public works director during water switch
Howard Croft served as Director of the Flint Department of Public Works during the switch from Detroit water to the Flint River. He oversaw the city's water infrastructure and was charged with failing to ensure the water treatment plant was properly prepared for the transition.
