Helped design Japanese American internment program
Milton Eisenhower, brother of Dwight Eisenhower, served as the first director of the War Relocation Authority in 1942. He helped design the unconstitutional program that imprisoned 120,000 Japanese Americans. He later expressed regret but was instrumental in creating the concentration camp system.
